Stansbury High School student Dani Bergantz designed a stunning set of Versace-inspired Latin Medley custom costumes for the school's Ballroom Team. The costumes were created by Dancewear By Heather and were made with black stretch velvet and mesh.
The Asymmetrical dresses were trimmed with black fringe at the hemline, and at the sweetheart neckline. The armholes were trimmed with gold and black bugle bead fringe, and the hemline with gold plated chain with dangling gold charms. The waistline was perfectly accentuated with metallic gold appliques, embellished with rhinestones.
The boys looked great in their slim fitted biketards, and the Medusa and Greek Key patterned Spandex sourced from Turkey, added a touch of elegance and sophistication.
The costumes were a huge hit with the students and the audience. They were elegant and glamorous, and they perfectly captured the spirit of the Latin dances. The students were able to move freely and gracefully in the costumes, and they looked absolutely stunning on stage.
I really enjoyed bringing Dani's designs to life, and creating these beautiful costumes. Thank you Ali Bleazard and Stansbury's Ballroom Team, for allowing me the opportunity to be a small part of your successes this year!
